Goodwill Industries of Michiana, established in 1965, provides tailored job training and employment services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers in northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan. Their distinctive model leverages revenue from retail stores and donation centers to fund these services, directly contributing to local community development and individual empowerment.

Debie's been the President and CEO since 2013.
