One of the greatest enemy of growth is unscalable processes. If something doesn't have the right growth drivers, it won't be able to scale at pace. The three legged stool analogy works so well because all of these growth drivers must grow concurrently.

- Grow your prospect list

- Educate your prospect list

- Collect interested prospects

- Launch new business partners & equip them

- Personal development

You never become great by playing it safe!

- Develop and train more Ruby's

- Daily task list: consistency

- Personal development

- Give back on purpose
