Twenty-one-year-old Grace Millane wanted to go on a solo trip during her gap year. She had graduated with her Bachelor's Degree, feeling accomplished and excited, and planned her trip. First landing in South Africa, then moved on to New Zealand. A country touted for its safety, it's here that Grace stops adding posts to social media and loses contact with family. On the eve of her 22nd birthday, she replies to none of the families calls or messages. Immediately, they know, something has gone wrong. They notify New Zealand Police and the investigation is underway. Unfortunately it is already too late and Grace is gone. In such a safe place, Grace is murdered.
