Today's episode is with author and writing teacher Lily Iona MacKenzie.

Lily Iona MacKenzie has published reviews, interviews, short fiction, poetry, travel pieces, essays, and memoir in over 165 American and Canadian venues. She’s also taught rhetoric at the University of San Francisco for over 30 years and was vice-president of USF's part-time faculty union. Currently, she teaches creative writing at USF’s Fromm Institute of Lifelong Learning. She also blogs about reading and writing at https://lilyionamackenzie.com.

Her novels feature sexy, adventuresome, and inspirational women and men—some of them over 60—breaking boundaries.

She has two works of poetry published, which are All This and a chapbook called No More Kings.
