Ty explains how you need a plan in order to achieve success – you need to know where you want to take yourself and how you want to expand and grow your business and scale your clients. Ty speaks about the beginning of his career and how he found an ‘edge’ or niche in the market if you will. Ty explains how he would take 2-3 days out to go and travel to outlining areas because he noticed that they weren’t being hit as hard as other areas. Ty create a ‘game plan’/strategy to target those areas as his chances of follow through clients we’re much higher than other areas as there was less competition in outlining areas. Ty shares his best advice on you can create your own process so that you can move forward with scaling your business and achieving your personal and professional goals!
