In this episode of the unfounded podcast I will be looking at the idea of talking to yourself. An extremely common process, whose existence is commonly denied in societal contexts. Why is this? Leveraging two seperate perspectives on the importance of internal dialogue, I will attempt to glean navel insight into the prevalence and purpose of this unusual phenomena.
