Today's episode is about creating visibility for your team. And by default, that automatically creates visibility for you as well. And I think many times our teams are doing great things and there's just so much going on that we forget to share it. Or we don't take some intention to have the conversation with our boss or maybe other people in the organization who would benefit from knowing what our teams are doing. Think about the opportunities that you have to share what is happening with your team. See what ideas you can learn from or adapt for yourself in what is shared here.
