The pandemic threw a lot of us for a loop in the wedding industry, but it gave this couple the opportunity to celebrate in the way that they truly wanted — small, intimate, personal, and at home.
We both think we really lucked out by having a pandemic wedding. Neither of us had any interest in planning and our parents both had a lot of requests. It was gearing up to be a nightmare. Then the pandemic hit and our parents were suddenly more concerned about us getting married than planning a big multicultural extravaganza.
