Hydration is soooo important for how you feel every single day!

In today’s episode:


I just want to highlight, even though I mention other ways to spruce up your water, ideally you are drinking approximately ½ your body weight in ounces of pure, filtered and clean water daily. This will increase as you activity level, time outside (etc) increases too.

I hope that you can take some time to do some inventory, bring your kids into this conversation as well too so that they don’t experience dehydration through the full summer months of time outside, camps and sports.
