What happens when communication becomes non-existent? There is no communication, literally. And when there is no communication, both sides assume the worst of the other.
So what can be done to avoid this from happening in the first place? it all starts with listening to the other in order for us to have an understanding of what's going on.
With understanding comes respect. This is the pillar of stability for both sides.
A good Property Manager will encourage and maintain communication with both sides to ensure longevity and stability on both sides.
