Transparency, bidding wars, 'opening things up', very important discussions and issues in the real estate world, and the media love to drill home how open bidding might be the solution that has been missing - but is it really?
We have lived open bidding more than most for the last few years, running several real estate auctions and actually making it work in a heavily regulated environment. We must be strong advocates of the 'it's the solution' argument then, right?
