Description

This episode was inspired by the book A Woman’s Worth by Marianne Williamson where she says, “You need not apologise for being brilliant, talented, gorgeous, rich or smart. Your success does not take away from anyone else’s.” During this episode, I ponder the theory of making yourself small to serve others and why that doesn’t work.

ABOUT THE SHOW

Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During the lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!
