Description

During this episode, I discuss the concept of the impossible task. A concept which was introduced to me by a good friend Ceri Ashe. When depression comes on, what should we do? I don’t necessarily recommend this but I used to roll off my bed onto the floor and lay there arguing with myself to get up. Eventually, I’d be sitting, then ultimately I’d be standing… aimlessly staring at a wall. If nothing changes unless you do, what can we change in order to beat depression?

ABOUT THE SHOW

Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!
