During this episode, I discuss the HALT tool for stress and how to use it. HALT stands for Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired. This tool has been a lifesaver for me on my journey and I hope it will help you guys too. I share healthy tools to help process each of these states.

Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!
