Spectators, haters, behind the phoners - whoever it may be, it's just extra noise.
Don't fall for the distractions from their unsolicited feedback and unhappiness.
At the end of the day, we'll all face the fact that EVERYBODY has an opinion and everybody just wants to be heard, even if they think they're helping.
