  1. Some houses require additional explanation. If the seller does a nice explanation video or writes a very extensive paragraph about that aspect of the home, then the listing agent prepares the agreement appropriately unless more explanation is needed.
  2. Jenn explains that they should do the final walkthrough because that has been helpful when the seller takes the buyer through, especially if there are particular ways to operate the pool or something like that.
  3. Sarah doesn't see any advantage for the seller to be present on site because it distracts the buyer and defeats the purpose of the listing agent.
