- We need to take a look at our business. What is the culture that we are surrounding ourselves with? What do the people have in common? Does that match with us?
- We don't need to be paying $20-25,000 a year to our brokerage. We owe it to our family and to ourselves. We need to look at something better because we've got KWS as an option, EXP as an option and got some REMAX programs as an option.
- Monica states, we need to realize that it's all on us, our ability to sell the next 40 houses and that's why it doesn't matter strictly. But it does matter if we are thinking like a business, if we have bigger plans, and we don't want to sell real estate for the rest of our life.
