It's been just over 3 weeks now in our new home, new city, new state...and it's been a MESSY transition. As messy as one would expect for the 2 hour time zone change, totally new environment, and as a family with toddlers, but my fitness and nutrition looked a lot different the past 3-4 weeks too.
