Mental health has been heavy on my mind with yesterday being "Suicide Awareness Day". In today's episode, we explore maintaining good mental health and finding meaning in the mundane.

As moms, we often feel that the daily tasks can be monotonous, and our mental health can take a hit. But what if we could see these moments through a different lens—one that gives meaning to the mundane?

Today, we’ll reflect on how God is present in every moment, even in the seemingly insignificant parts of our day.
