After the heavy topics of last month the girls thought they'd pick a light hearted middle grade adventure story. Unfortunately, the book they chose had different ideas. Instead of a light hearted romp the girls were met a story about dealing with grief after the passing of loved ones among other, heavy topics.
This month the girls read The Pearl Hunter by Miya T. Beck.
