Katelyn is a mesa carrier in the Peruvian medicine tradition, a Kultrun carrier in the Mapuche medicine tradition of Chile, and a Peacekeeper in the Cherokee tradition. From 2016-2019 Katelyn experienced a transformational event when she had 5 heart attacks and open heart surgery. She saved her life using natural medicines to replace the pharmaceutical drugs she was prescribed. Her visionary art was also a big part of her healing.
