As the night deepens, crime scene specialist Kevin Wilson steps fully into the hidden world Tim left behind. Dropped off outside a seemingly ordinary office building, Kevin meets Graham—an exhausted agent already in the middle of cleaning up a violent shootout that never officially happened.
Tasked with keeping the company’s employees away and helping erase every trace of what occurred, Kevin has to juggle falsified messages, corporate systems, and the unnerving feeling that something about this place is deeply wrong. The upstairs offices still look normal… but the stories coming from the basement suggest that whatever started here isn’t finished.
Episode 2 follows Kevin’s first real “off the books” operation, as he tries to stay professional, stay useful, and stay calm—while the job, his new allies, and the building itself begin to test the limits of what he thought his life would ever be.
About the Chronicle
Under New Management is a Delta Green duet scenario for Twin Cities by Night, adapted from Ross Payton’s adventure of the same name. This short arc follows Kevin Wilson, a forensics specialist with ordinary skills and very human worries, as he’s pulled into the secret world his friend Tim disappeared into. Blending police procedural detail with creeping conspiracy and unseen dangers, the chronicle explores what happens when “normal” professionals are asked to step past the yellow tape and help keep the worst truths out of the public eye.
