Behind a parlor tea service and antique blueprints, truth buckles: three apocalyptic visages fill an office, and a trembling partner confesses. “The Foundation” paid them to find a boy. Claire’s boy. Bishops were moved, papers were signed, and a child ended in a wall. A bargain is struck—serve the Fallen or face judgment—and new questions bloom like frost: is the Foundation calling angels from the Pit, and who’s really steering Rochester’s sacred stones?

Demon: The Fallen – Fragments is a Chronicles of Darkness story set in the early years of the new millennium, when the first of the Fallen return to the mortal world. Each prelude explores the awakening of a demon within its human host — charting the boundaries between redemption and ruin, grace and obsession.
