A rules-light, trench-coat-heavy romp through the World of Darkness goes gloriously off the rails. Our glam-goth coterie stumbles into a government basement where a janitor is fending off a seven-foot spectre, a “magic man” tries to put a ghost in a box, and a katana starts charging up like a miniature sun. Between improvised “ring of fire” sorcery, slow-motion elevator struts, and a boom-box duel that becomes a literal hydrogen-blade detonation, the crew frees a tormented spirit and follows his lead into the West Wing for a showdown that’s equal parts metal album cover and sitcom cold open. Expect meta-jokes, rules confusion, and one very unlucky cameraman named Brian.
