More cooking with beer!  Except this time we're actually talking about cooking with beer instead of whiskey.  Imagine that.  We get into flavor profiles of the malts/grains, hops, and yeast that match up with various foods.  This is a two part episode and in this first part, we give a bit of background and discuss bread, pork, and chili.

So grab your pint and spatula (or big wooden spoon, which our friend's mom always threatened us with) and enjoy!
