Description

Hi everyone! Welcome back to Episode 26. I’m so excited to introduce today’s guest, Ms. Eunhae Kang, the youngest C-level executive at Korea’s KG Mobility Group.

Not only is Ms. Kang the youngest to hold this highest-ranking senior position, but she is also one of the few women at the executive level—making her career journey both challenging and deeply rewarding as she continues to break barriers and reach new milestones. As a new mother to a constantly on-the-go three-year-old, Ms. Kang has learned the importance of balancing confidence with openness. As she puts it, sometimes “you have to be selfish,” while also learning to “unlearn, even when you feel like you know everything.”

I absolutely love these words, and after listening to our conversation, I know you’ll understand why they mean so much to Ms. Kang—and why they resonate so powerfully with us as aspiring female leaders, wherever our paths may take us.

Be sure to join me again in one week for Episode 27. Until then, I’m wishing everyone a great, happy, and positive week!
