Lauren Goodes has masters degree in social work from Tulane University & my bachelors in Neuroscience from Xavier University of Louisiana. As a child, Lauren suffered from sexual abuse and family dysfunction, as well as being in and out of the foster system with her background in neuroscience and has studied the effects of trauma on teenagers. She now advocates for the youth in her community so that they may obtain the resources and requirements that they require, while also teaching them that they do not have to be statistics.
