I am a wannabe generational curse breaker of sorts and I say wanna be because I don’t have it all figured out. Join me on this crazy journey of trying to unring some trauma bells and heal a little. Growing up in an alcoholic home full of neglect, violence, abuse and untreated mental illness as the youngest of four life was confusing and left lasting damage I am still trying to heal.
