It happened in Rhode Island, and it nearly cost a young lady her life. Here to walk us through the case and what it means for parental rights nationwide is Mike Stenhouse. Mike is a former Major League Baseball player who now leads one of the most dynamic policy organizations in the country, the Rhode Island Center for Freedom and Prosperity. His team recently filed a lawsuit against the state’s Department of Education on behalf of “Jane Doe,” the girl’s mother, and is fighting to repeal the regulation that enabled this secret transition.
