Everyone thinks you need confidence before you start, but that’s backwards. Confidence shows up after you take action, after you do the reps. If you’re sitting on a thousand half-finished ideas or scared of what people will say, try one small, messy step today. It won’t be perfect and that’s totally fine.

Use the RISE steps: Reset the noise, Identify what’s really blocking you, Simplify the action so it doesn’t trigger fear, then Execute and build those reps.

Do a little thing today, do it again tomorrow, and watch your confidence grow. You’ve got this. Start small and stick with it.
