It's officially Monkey Month and we're opening the season with the Matt LeBlanc vehicle "Ed". A monkey joining a minor league baseball team was the perfect pitch for the studios to greenlight funding. That pitch being a bunch of 90s jumbled together ideas for a cash grab kids movie. Sitcom star to pull in the parents: check. Guy in a monkey suit: check. Fart jokes: check. America's favorite pastime: check. A plot replaced by a series of random events: check. Rewind your tapes and wind up your pitching arm for Ed!
