  1. Reflect on how you're different today compared to your past self. "What do you care about now that you didn't before? And how am I different than I used to be?"

  2. Acknowledge your improvements and share these positive changes with yourself. This self-recognition is a powerful motivator!

  3. Remember that the ultimate goal is engaging with your life as your true self, not chasing a perfect outcome. Focus on the changes you want to make and find thoughts that make these changes seem possible for you and satisfying to you.
