The Hidden Life: A Study in Colossians Week 7

What we focus on has a way of forming us. Where we pay attention sets a large part of the direction of our lives. So what does it mean for Christians to "set our minds on things above" and how do we actually do that in the middle of our everyday lives. We dive into these questions and more in week seven of the Hidden Life.

About this series: Our society places high value on visibility, but there is a hidden life the attention economy can't compete with. It's a life that doesn't just have less noise, but more peace. A life that doesn't just have less confusion, but more truth. A life that doesn't have self-imposed purpose, but an eternal one. There is a hidden life only Jesus can offer. Or in the apostle Paul's words a life "hidden with Christ in God." To receive and embrace this life is to experience a peace and power and purpose that can never be taken away. In this sermon series in the book of Colossians we will explore what it means to experience life in Christ.
