After seeing Garrett's commitment to his craft turn into success this season I had to get him back on for Weaver 3.0 and talk about his flipping the proverbial switch and whole heartedly as he put it " getting back to my roots", truly was great to see his season unfold from the efforts he put in. I will say we strayed a bit and spent some time venting, sharing our opinions and maybe a bit of soap boxing, but things needed to be said. Enjoy the episode.
