Today we are talking to Laureen Nowlan-Card. Laureen is a women's empowerment coach, speaker, trainer, podcast host, and yogini. Laureen's natural passion for advocacy led to a successful career as a courtroom lawyer for over 20 years.
Seven years ago, she decided that she wanted to support women more proactively and became a certified women's empowerment coach. Laureen guides women to release their self-doubt and limiting beliefs and work with their emotions to experience increased joy and peace.
During our interview, you'll hear us talk about how we can go from trauma to empowerment, how Laureen is raising her gifted children and living authentically even when people try to box you in.
