On this episode, we talk with Kathryn Bosley about her experience growing up working and showing in the dairy industry. Kathryn advocates for the dairy industry on her social media pages as The Cow Nerd and encourages people to focus on what they are most passionate about. She is currently a graduate student and research assistant at the University of Minnesota focusing her research on milk fatty acids and genetics.
