In a climactic moment of His ministry, Jesus overcame the greatest crisis humanity has ever faced - death. From the very beginning Jesus has claimed to bring "eternal life," so Jesus raised Lazarus to provide powerful proof of His life-giving power. Yet this amazing miracle also plays into God's plan for Jesus to be rejected and ultimately killed Himself.
