#20: Focused, non-judgmental, curious listening (what I call SCUBA listening) is one of the greatest gifts we can give another. And most of us are terrible at it. This skill is so rare, people will pay for it. You can build your skill at listening, so you become an inspiring person who people come to when they want to feel better, or want to solve problems.
