Description

On today's episode of WTF Spirit?, I spoke with Jena Skai of Sacred Soul about a topic very near and dear to my heart: sisterhood circles and holding sacred space. We discussed the ethics of a circle, what to look for in a circle and the importance of being in a circle to help you on your healing journey. At the request of a viewer, we even talked about the type of training a circle facilitor should  go through to help them.

Jena shares with us about her FREE Introduction to Crystal Skull class which you can find in her digital online academy here. She also talks about her priestessing program teaching you how to move through holding sacred space as well on the same website.

Of course I asked THE question... "What does Spirituality mean to you?"
