我也看。但越看，越觉得怪怪的。
像是每个人都在演自己的人生，而且演得越来越上瘾。
哈哈
所以这一期，突然很想问一句（探讨）——
你还识别自己在过什么样的生活吗？
还是你只是，活在影响力时代的影响里？
这一期内容：
我们为什么越来越受不了“普通”的工作，
为什么“努力”也要能截图发圈，
以及，如果我们一直在被看见的焦虑里转，
那我们还有没有办法，找回一点点真实的东西？

This episode isn’t about hating the algorithm or blaming influencers.
It’s about something smaller, and maybe harder to name—
That weird pressure to live a life that “looks” good.
And I don’t know—maybe that’s just where we are now.
But I wanted to name it. And sit with it a little.
So that maybe, we don’t lose the thread completely.
