In the early 20th Century, Emily Davison was a suffragette who fought for the right of women to vote in Great Britain. On June 8, 1913, Davison pay the ultimate price for her convictions, when she stepped in front of King George V's race horse "Anmer" during the final turn of the Epsom Derby.
