In this episode of Stroke Strories, we chat with Alasdair Kirkpatrick. Alasdair had a stroke at the age of 51, and has since battled to get walking and the use of his left hand back.
He has since cycled 110 miles from Cardiff to Tenby, and raised over £15,000 for the Stroke Association.
