Marcus Bawdon is a husband, father to three and quite possibly one of the biggest names in the UK BBQ scene, but its not all barbecue with this guy; besides his story of how he started his foodie journey and stopped being a vegetarian, Marcus shares with me details of his career as a scientist and his experiences of losing a child.
