Hi, this is Anita, and this is the trailer for my new podcast, 'Black Menopause and Beyond'. Within the podcast, I aimed to look at menopause from my perspective as a woman of colour, working-class with a fuller figure. I've noticed that not only is menopause a taboo topic, but specific communities are not part of the conversation. I aim to discuss this taboo topic, including health interviews, talk to women about their experiences, explore why the menopause dialogue does not have all women as part of the discussion, and talk to other groups absent from the conversation.
