We hear about the time Ulrika was the victim of phone hacking ... by the company she was working for! And the gang solve the case of the 'Giggling Granny' which is not nearly as cuddly as it sounds. Plus, an audience member shares the time she fell victim to a crime, which if Ulrika is to be believed was perpetrated by their own parents!
