Mead is a fermented beverage made from honey and Tricia and Joe Marshall have been working on it for over 10 years. The three that I tried while I was there were phenomenal and one of them was a non-alcoholic soda. It's a family-friendly place with live music right in the Heart of the Village of Lancaster.
