TBOL ch 2
A restless Matthew Clairmont makes the rounds and pays a few castle calls to the current residents of Sept-Tours. He's on edge, and his friends and family -- rightly -- welcome him back with wary caution. In the end, it takes Diana to bring him to his center (as he does for her). BUT, there's one family member who wonders out loud (to say the least) why Diana Bishop is harboring the blood song of his long-dead father, Philippe de Clermont. Like Matthew, the Daemons are also restless souls in this pandemic, so they take the opportunity to talk A LOT, thus, the lengthy episode! Take it in shifts, or binge it at once! No judgement! Enjoy!

* Intro music: "Ghost Dance" (edited down to second chorus) by Kevin Macleod, licensed for use by Creative Commons.
* Outro music: Rimsky-Korsakov - "Scheherazade Symphonic Suite for Orchestra Op.35 - IV. Allegro molto," Public domain/copyright-free.
* '"Dick in a Box" is the debut single by American comedy troupe the Lonely Island, featuring singer Justin Timberlake. The song and music video debuted on Saturday Night Live as an SNL Digital Short on December 16, 2006. The video depicts two early-1990s R&B ballad singers Andy (Andy Samberg) and Raif (Timberlake) crooning a holiday song about making a gift for their girlfriends of their penises wrapped in boxes (strategically placed) topped with bows. This song was featured in our episode using a 10 second clip to accompany our discussion on this SNL skit; we claim Fair Use with this clip (please don't sue us, Lorne Michaels!)

* Our episode titles are a loving tribute to the show "Friends" just 'cause we love Friends and - let's face it - it's easier! Here's how one of the show creators explains their reasoning:
Jeff Greenstein: "When Marta & David & Jeff & I did 'Dream On', we used to spend a lot of time thinking about titles, because they were on-screen at the top of each episode. On "Friends", we decided that was a waste of time. We figured, why not name each episode after the thing that people will ostensibly be talking about around the water-cooler the next day?"
