Jess is a legend who tells jokes from the podcast at work, even though people hate them. I dream about that kind of confidence.
After I talked to Jess I spent a little while (a long time) looking at retro aerobics videos. This one is incredible and you should watch it just for the showmanship, and this is a classic episode of Aerobics Oz Style that I am actually going to use tomorrow morning.
