This week's episode is a perfect example of succeeding when all odds are stacked against you. Having the strength to pick yourself up and dust yourself off no matter how many time you get knocked down in to the dirt. My guest Dane embodies this story romanticized by American cinema. Dane started out in the South Side of Chicago. He lived in a condemned house as a child surrounded by a dangerous neighborhood. After moving to the east coast and experiencing much of the same life he had in Chicago. It was not until he was 13 that Dane made it out to California and in with his Grandma. That is when things started looking up for Dane. We talk about his story in more depth in the interview. Trust me you would rather listen to it than have me type it out for you.
Now Dane is Chasing his musical dreams releasing his debut EP "Eighty6 and Rhodes" on March 23rd go listen, it is out now .
