Join me as I turn the mic on Eric Zimmer, host of the award-winning podcast, The One You Feed. It was a true pleasure to have him as my guest this week as we explore a meaningful parable and the importance of feeding those things which we consider good, in addition to being with the many uncertainties and paradoxes life has to offer us and not having the answers.
A dad, serial entrepreneur, podcast host, behavior coach and author, Eric Zimmer is endlessly inspired by the quest for a greater understanding of how our minds work. He currently produces and hosts the award-winning podcast, The One You Feed, which has had over 7 million downloads since it began in 2014. Based on an old parable about two wolves at battle within us, the show features Eric’s conversations with thought leaders where they discuss various topics related to what it takes to create a life worth living. In his work as a behavior coach, Eric has successfully worked with hundreds of people from around the world for over 20 years surrounding topics related to sustainable behavior change in their lives. Eric and his work have been featured in the media including TedX, Mind body Green, Elephant Journal, The Guardian and Brain Pickings.
